Start your day with a little calm! Join the VABC and Rooted in Healing for a relaxing sound bath, a peaceful experience where soothing sounds and gentle vibrations invite you to slow down, unwind, and relax.

Doors open at 9:00 AM, with coffee, donuts, and time to connect before the sound bath begins promptly at 10:00 AM. Bring a yoga mat or towel to lie on, or enjoy the experience seated in a chair, whatever feels most comfortable for you.
