John Torchio

John Torchio is honored to serve as a board member at the Bristol County Veterans Center, with a deep-rooted connection to the military as a proud Seabee veteran. He is also proud to say that three out of his five children have followed in his footsteps and served in the military.

Before his retirement, John dedicated 24 years of service as a Court Officer and also served as a Special Police Officer for the town of Braintree. In addition to these roles, he is a Notary Public and a life member of NMCB-12, where he also serves as a board member. His commitment to preserving the legacy of the Seabees is reflected in his life membership at the CB Museum.

John has been a proud member of the Blue Knights for 36 years, finding camaraderie and support among fellow law enforcement professionals. These affiliations have not only shaped his life but have instilled in him a profound sense of duty and service to both his community and his country.
